  • We are dog friendly. We charge $25 per dog, per week of stay. While we love cats and other animals too, we cannot accommodate them due to allergy and safety concerns.

  • We love kiddos! Take advantage of the extra space available in the Family Suite!

  • NO! We don’t mess around with this policy. Our entire property is 100% smoke-free, including but not limited to cigarettes, cannabis, vaping, etc. At the sole discretion of our hotel, if any signs of smoke are detected we will bill the card on file a minimum of $250 for damages.

  • Heck yes you can! We love hosting corporate events, micro-weddings, and unique gatherings. Drop us a line to howdy@mellowmoonlodge.com to discuss the particulars!

  • Yes! We offer complimentary high-speed fiber optic wireless internet service on property. The hotel uses 2. 4GHz WiFi (which provides better range and compatibility than 5GHz access) with an internet speed of 200mbps. Stream your heart out!

  • Changes or cancellations made 72 hours or more before 3:00 PM local time on the day of check-in are charged no fee.

    Those made less than 72 hours before 3:00 PM local on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount inclusive of all taxes and fees.

    Early departures are non-refundable.

    Policies for room blocks, stays longer than one week (7 consecutive nights), and for reservations made via third party sites (Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.) may be different, and will be communicated at the time of booking.
